How to connect monday.com by Stargate Apps + Asana?

This is a third-party integration between Asana and monday.com, built by Stargate Apps. You will need a monday.com account and an Asana account.

1. Install the app via this installation link: https://auth.monday.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=6d05ab5449a7acccdc4fad66ef50e01a&response_type=install
2. Log into your monday.com account and open an available board.
3. Click the Automate section in the top-right corner.
4. Click either Create from scratch or Manage -> Create automation.
5. When selecting a trigger, type "Asana" into the search bar to reveal the app's custom triggers. Select one (for example: "In this workspace, when a task is completed in a project").
6. Set up the trigger by linking your Asana account (click the app icon within the trigger), then select your desired workspace and project.
7. Select an action by searching for "Asana" again. Choose the custom action that says "create an item in a board and sync all future changes from Asana".
8. Map the fields according to your preferences, then click Create automation.
9. Switch over to Asana and either mark a task as completed or add a new one (depending on the trigger you chose) to test and run your new automation.
